Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Flexus Solutions LLC (“Flexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our websites, forms, appointments, and client engagements. We are an Indianapolis-based web, mobile, marketing, and AI growth partner. We aim to collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver services, operate our business, and improve our site.
This policy covers websites we operate (including theflexus.com) and information you share with us directly. It does not cover third-party sites we link to — those keep their own policies.

Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a proposal, book an appointment, subscribe to updates, apply for a role, or email us, you may share:
- Name, company, job title, and contact details (email, phone)
- Website URL, project goals, budget range, or timeline notes
- Message content and files you voluntarily attach
- Billing, contracting, and payment details needed to start an engagement (handled under separate agreements and processors)
Information collected automatically
Like most business websites, we collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device/OS signals, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this to understand aggregate traffic, secure the site, diagnose issues, and improve content.
Cookies and similar technologies
We may use first-party cookies and similar tools for basics like remembering preferences, keeping forms reliable, and measuring visits. Analytics or advertising partners (when enabled) may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking some cookies may limit site features.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments or proposals
- Deliver contracted services (websites, apps, ecommerce, SEO/PPC, content, CRO, AI, and related work)
- Send service-related messages and, when you opt in, occasional Flexus updates
- Improve our websites, forms, attribution, and internal operations in aggregate
- Detect abuse, protect security, and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Client project and account data
When you hire Flexus, you may give us access to websites, CMS instances, analytics, ad accounts, app stores, cloud environments, customer lists, or other business systems. That access is governed primarily by your proposal, statement of work (SOW), or master services agreement — including confidentiality and acceptable-use rules.
- We use client systems only to perform the agreed work
- We limit access to people on the engagement as practical
- We follow your written instructions for offboarding and credential removal at handoff
If you process personal data of your own customers as a controller, you remain responsible for a lawful basis and notices to those individuals. Flexus acts as a service provider/processor for that engagement to the extent defined in your agreement.
When we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us run email, hosting, analytics, CRM, form delivery, or payment tools — under obligations to use data only for their services to us
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when reasonably needed
- Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or security
- Business transfers if Flexus is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you would still be covered under applicable privacy commitments)
Flexus delivers with U.S. and India team members as needed for a project. Subprocessors and collaborators are bound by confidentiality and access controls appropriate to the work.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including contract, tax, and dispute-resolution needs, then delete or de-identify it when practical.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of an incident that affects your information, we will take appropriate steps and notify you when required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you (subject to legal exceptions)
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages
- Adjust cookie settings in your browser
Depending on where you live (including certain U.S. state privacy laws), additional rights may apply — such as knowing categories of data collected or opting out of certain sharing for advertising. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests in good faith. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under law.
Children
Our sites and services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we post revisions. Continued use of our sites after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
